So I just renewed my $30, 2-year Gamers Club Membership on April 25. I tried purchasing things online and the discount doesn't apply. I also went into a Best Buy a few days ago and when they looked up my account the 2-year Membership isn't activated. I paid for it in April and I have the order number and everything, it just appears that it isn't activated on my account.
I also recently contacted the 1-800 number and was tranferred 3 times because nobody seemed to know where to send my call. After talking to someone at the MyBestBuy department, they said "oh you may receive an email in a couple days for someone to check it." It has been 3-4 days and I just want this to be activated and done with. Help!
