As in the following link, my Gamer's Club unlocked discount shows up before I add to the cart. (btw image uploads not working so well here)
Once I add to the cart, however, it shows the full price:
I see the gamer's club unlocked message in my profile, have tried different browsers, emptied my cart, gone incognito, and cleared cache and nothing is working.
I bought the GCU yesterday, should I just wait longer or is there something wrong? I'd like to cancel my Super Mario Odyssey pre-order from Amazon and swap it over to BB sooner rather than later as I'll be out of the country for the next few weeks and will likely forget.
Any help would be appreciated!

Yup. Same problem here. Best Buy really needs to improve their website if they hope to maintain customers. This is frustrating after paying $30 for a "premium" service.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for becoming GCU Members. I’m sorry to see you’re having trouble using your discount online, which I’ll be happy to advise you on.
What you described in your posts and screen shots looks like a browser cache/cookies issue we’ve seen before. In most cases this issue is resolved by first clearing your cart and signing out of Best Buy.com, followed by clearing your browsers cache/cookies/history. Once clear sign back into BestBuy.com, where you should see your discount applied in-cart as expected. However if the issue persists we then recommend trying another browser or the mobile app, where you should see your discount apply.
