I have had gamers club since early July 2017. I received the comfirmation email 7/4/17. Everytime I go to make a in store purchase or add an item to my cart it is not regestering the 20% discount. I have called Best Buy customer support 2 times, and the last time I called was a few weeks ago. I still have not had any changes to my account. I have tried the loggin out of everything, and clearing the cache on the computer. Was wondering what else I could do to get this issue resolved.
