I have signed up for the Gamers Club Program at the store, and have not received any Welcome Package Coupons. I have called to Bestbuy Customer Service, spoke to 5 different reps, and not one of them has head of A Welcome package.
Can someone please help in this matter

Thanks for becoming a GCU Member, and for your post. I’m disappointed and concerned to hear that you not only didn’t receive you GCU Welcome Packet and coupons, but that multiple members of our support team were unaware of this benefit and couldn’t be of assistance to you. I sincerely apologize for this failing on our part, and will be happy to offer my assistance here.
