Just recieved my email welcome pack the link that is attached We're Sorry Member offers is currently unavailable. My question is when is it going to be up. Lets hope soon.

Just extended my membership and received my e-mail, however when I click on the "Get Coupons" link I am brought to a page showing this error:
"We're Sorry Member Offers is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

In order to do a bit more digging and to ensure we’re keeping your information secure, please send me private message containing your member ID and the receipt information where the membership was purchased. Either the order number or the “Customer Service Pin” number which can be located at the bottom of the receipt should be sufficient.

Can't get a response in the Gamers Club Unlocked forums or on twitter.
Signed up for GCU, everything is good except the Welcome email I received with the one time special coupons doesn't work.
When I click "Get Coupons" I get a Best Buy page that says "We're Sorry. Member Offers is currently unavailable. Please try again later." It has been doing this for 2 days now. In the Gamers Club Unlocked forum two other individuals were having the same issue and a CSR said that it was a bad link and had the original poster PM their Member ID and the Order#
Can someone please help?

I just joined gamers club unlimited and got an email that included a link to get my first time coupons. However clicking reults in a message in the browser saying
"We're Sorry Memebrs Offers is currently unavailable. Please try agan later".
Well it's been unavailable for a week! Does not matter if I am signed in or not.

After getting zero support on the community and twitter for 3 days now, called 888-BEST-BUY and was transferred 3 times to different departments. Last department I spoke with I explained to them the situation, put me on hold for a few minutes, came back and said that they had to escalate the situation to a higher up and that I will hear from them via email in 3-5 days lol.
So keep trying on here if you can, Twitter you may have better luck, but looks like calling them will yield the longest wait time for a result.

Just adding my name to the list of people having this problem. I actually reported this back on August 7th to a Best Buy representative as well, and they said they would have someone looking into it and would get back to me once they knew more. It's been almost a week now and still no update, and my coupon email still gives me the same error message as everyone else.
The clock is ticking on the games I'm wanting to pre-order, and I'm getting more annoyed by the day...
