I had to exchange an item in-store a couple of weeks ago and ever since I did, my Gamer's Club discount is no longer applying to games and my order history and rewards points are missing.
During the exchange process it did ask me to confirm an email address for my Best Buy account and I received an e-mail shortly afterwards thanking for signing up for a Best Buy account. It's like my account was overwritten, but I still have the same username and password login. It shows an item that I ordered before that is on the way to me, but it doesn't show up in my order history.
Can on of the admins help me with merging these accounts or undoing whatever messed up my pre-existing account.
