Gamer's Club Not Working

I bought the gamer's club unlocked membership at my local best buy over a week ago and it hasn't shown up on my account despite the fact that I got an email stating that it has been activated. And whenever I try to buy a game online, it keep asking me if I want to get the gamer's club unlocked membership despite the fact that I purchased it already.

Please see our Gamers Club Unlocked Activation FAQ pinned near the top of this board for instructions on who to contact with GCU account issues and what information to provide so it may be looked into.

But I don't have a proof of purchase anymore to include in the body of the message.

If you no longer have proof of purchase provide as much of the requested information you can, in addition to calling out if this was an in-store or online purchase, and the date it was made.
