I bought the gamer club unlocked online on 3-14-17 and got a email the very next day that it been confirmed but when i add new or pre-order games to my cart today i don't see the 20% discount. I have tried logging off clearing my internet caches then logging back in on my account and switching Internet browser but nothing work!

I was able to locate your My Best Buy Member ID with the information you've provided to the forums. It does appear to have an active membership attached. You may need to log out of your account and back in. Also, try clearing your browsing history or a different Internet browser.
