On the checkout screen the gamers club discount showed up for my copy of Splatoon 2. However, when i was given my confirmation email i found out i was charged the full retial price of the game without the discount added. How do i fix this and get the discount i wanted? Thanks.

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t see your GCU discounts apply to your recent orders, which I’ll be happy to advise you on.
First please see the Gamers Club Unlocked Activation FAQ for steps on verifying your Membership is activated. If it is and you were seeing your discount in the cart, but it was not applied on your order then this is likely a browser cache/cookies issue. To resolve this for future orders sign out of your BestBuy.com account, clear your browser cache/cookies, sign back in and add a title to your cart, where you should see the discount applied.
As for your existing pre-orders, regrettably the GCU discount cannot be applied to existing pre-orders. To get your discount we recommend canceling your existing pre-order and replacing it after following the troubleshooting steps above. Alternatively once you receive or pickup your order your local store should be able to assist with a return/rebuy to apply your discount to the transaction.
