i have an issue where my GCU doesnt give me discount. purchased a while back and at time of purchase discounts were applied but didnt notice until now that it no longer works. account shows my purchase and that im good til 2019 but i guess im not.

Welcome to our forums and thanks for being a GCU member. It’s concerning to hear you’re no longer seeing your discount automatically apply online, which I’ll be happy to look into for you to ensure you’re getting your membership benefits like you should.
Using the information you registered with our forums I was able to pull up and review your account and GCU Membership. After review I am showing everything on your account as being fully activated, and observed your discount apply automatically online. If you’re still not seeing your discount I recommend signing out of your BestBuy.com account, clearing your browser cache/cookies, logging back in, and trying again. If you’re still not seeing your discount apply after following these steps please let me know and provide the SKU of the item you’re attempting to purchase so I may investigate this further.
