I’ve tried multiple browsers and apps and my discount is not appearing. I tried resetting everything. The problem is that I’ve been logged into so many sources that I can’t undo everything.

Firstly, please know that the discount now only applies to titles added to your cart, and no longer shows up while browsing BestBuy.com. If you’ve added a title to your cart and did not observe your discount while entering checkout, please send me a private message verifying the following information so I may review your account.
