GCU not showing after purchase

Hello,

I purchased the GCU yesterday night. The order (which was purchased with the discounted pre-order) said that the activation was ready for download. I click on the download library on the app and it said it would take about 4 hours to show.

I check the following morning and it is saying the same thing. I have tried to log out and in using the app, switched to a different browser and did the same thing. I'm not sure what is going on since this is my first time doing this. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I've attempted to locate your My Best Buy Member ID with the information you've provided to the forums, but was unsuccessful.  Please send me a private message by clicking the blue box at the end of my signature.  Make sure to include your BestBuy.com Order Number from your GCU purchase and your My Best Buy Member ID.

Hello,

I replied with my information. I ended up receiving an email saying that my benefits will end in March of 2019 but when I tried to test it out and see if it'll discount with the games in the cart, it's still not showing up and it doesn't show either on my rewards page. Is it because I pre-ordered the game with the membership? Thanks again.

Hello again. It looked like everything went through really good. It's showing up and everything and even giving the discount. Thanks for everything! Can't wait to pre-order more from you all! Beats the prices on Amazon by a long shot! :^)
