GCU not activating after online purchase.

Bought the 2 year activation yesterday along with a preorder and while it applied to the preorder, it doesn't seem to be applying to anything else this morning.  Looking to buy a bit more but definitely wanting to get my discount, it's still showing everything as fully priced.  Tried logging in multiple times, different browsers, clear cache, etc.

Decided to wait another full day but still no change.  I don't understand how it could take this long just to activate.
