GCU membership not working online

Bought a membership when I made a purchase online in December, tried to use it again today and the site prompts me to buy a new membership, discount not applied at checkout.  I'm logged in with the same email I purchased it with.  Did basic browser troubleshooting already.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to our forums and thank you for being a part of our Gamers Club Unlocked team! It’s disheartening to hear that you’re experiencing taking advantage of your benefits. I can only imagine the confusion of seeing your membership suddenly stop working but I’d be more than happy to address this for you!

 

In order to review this in greater detail, please send me a private message with a couple pieces of your information:

  • Your My Best Buy number that should have the GCU associated to it
  • The purchase details of your membership. Either your order number or the Customer Service Pin which can be found at the bottom of your receipt.
