I'm sorry for any confusion that the initial enrollment may have caused. The activation process can take 1-2 business days, so you would be unable to use it on a second purchase the same night of the purchase. With that said, though, there is nothing to download or activate on your end. The digital library messaging is simply a standard message for any digital purchases from Best Buy.
