GCU Took Away Years of Service?

I purchased three years of GCU in 2016, so I should have the service until 2019 from my understanding. But now when I try to purchase any games, the discount is not showing up. Hoping for help in fixing this issue. Happy to provide any details needed to staff.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for being a GCU Member! The GCU Membership offers a ton of great benefits, which I’m sure you’re excited to take advantage of. That said, there appears to be some confusion regarding the GCU Membership, which I’ll be happy to clarify for you.

 

For the past few years we’ve only sold GCU Memberships in 2-year terms, and purchasing a 3-year term in 2016 would not have been possible. I do apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding at the time of your purchase, but if you purchased a GCU Membership around this time in 2016 its current expiration would align with our expectations. If you have any other questions please let me know.

Hi Mike, I must have mispoke - I have two, two year purchases in 2016.

You can see by the names, I assumed there were three years not four - since the first physical card I redeemed does not mention the duration in the order.

 

Can you assist, any way these add up, I should have more years of service still...
