GCU Not working

Just like everyone else, mines valid until Oct 8 2020.  

 

Discount's not applying before putting into cart at all on anything.

When you put it in the cart the discount is applied. Just not on the main web pages.


I suppose they had to remove it from the general product pages as GCU is no longer available for purchase. 

 

I just tried it with a couple of different games.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for being a GCU Member. It’s concerning to hear you’re not seeing your discount apply online, so I’ll be happy to take a look at this for you.

 

Using the information you sent me in a private message I was able to review your account, and can confirm your GCU membership is still active. I verified this by adding a title to your cart, and observed your discount apply automatically.

 

That said, bobberuchi is spot on here. The GCU discount no longer appears on the product pages, and is only applied to a title once it’s been added to your cart. From within your cart, you should be able to observe your discount being applied. If you have any other questions, please feel free to post again.
