Using the information you registered with our forums I was able to review your account, and can verify your Membership is fully activated to your My Best Buy Account as expected. However there was some missing critical information from your BestBuy.com account, which did not match up with your My Best Buy, and was preventing the accounts from syncing correctly. I have corrected this discrepancy, and am now observing you discount applying automatically like it should be. If you have any questions or other concerns please feel free to post again.
