GCU Not Showing on Account

Hello,

 

I purchased the GCU membership on Thursday, but I still don't have the benefits on the site. My member ID is {removed per forum guidelines}, Let me know if you need any other info in a private mesage.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for reaching out about your Gamers Club Unlocked membership!

 

I was able to locate your account with the information you've provided.   It does appear the membership is attached to your My Best Buy Member ID.  I'd advise you to log out of your account and back in.  Also, you may want to clear your browsing history or try a different Internet browser.  

 

We are happy to have you as a member and keep me updated if these troubleshooting techniques don't resolve your issues.
