Hello, I've contacted Customer SUpport over the phone multiple times a few months ago and was never able to get anyone to help because they either didn't know, looped me through so many calls/people that confusion arose or the phone call was disconnected while waiting on super long hold periods.
I bought GCU back on June 14, 2017 and it did not activate until a few days later. I made a purchase on Jun 16th that never had the GCU bonus apply even though it was activated that very same day. I've spoken to members who said the discount should have applied but no one has ever actually done it. The discount was a significant amount that would go towards future purchases. I hope that someone can finally help me get this sorted out.
