GCU Coupons not recieved

I have not received my welcome package and coupons for the GCU membership I purchased on April 30th.

 

I would like to resolve this quickly, as I am sure they could be expiring soon if based on the date of purchase. 

 

I private messaged Michael-BBY about this issue as well

You should have received them within 48 hours.

 

Possibilities are that your your email difereted your coupons to a spam folder.

Or could it be possible you used a different email address for your account than the one you are checking.

 

do you by any chance have multiple My Best Buy Accounts?

Hello,

 

Just have the one email address, isn't in spam folder and I archive all messages. It is nowhere to be found, and as I am alerted to each email I get (and Best Buy communications are always recieved) I'm thinking it somehow did not make it to me.

 

I just have one Best Buy account, and if I did have two somehow, they would be the same email address.

 

Is there a way to send the email manually?

Well you seem to have done everything correctly.  When you log into your account online does it show your GCU account as being active?

Yes, when I log in I can see it is activated and the discounted price is displayed for all items.

To anyone having a similar issue, and to anyone that may be able to help with my issue:

 

A day later, still waiting to hear anything on the coupons and how to make them available to me.

 

All I have received is a message from Javier stating my account is active, which completely misses the point of my post and the message I sent to him.

Your account was reflecting inactive on our end which prevented the coupons from being sent out. They should be sent out shortly. Make sure to check your primary inbox and spam folder as well. If you have any other concerns please let me know.
