We definitely don’t want you missing out on your GCU Membership Discount, so I’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Using the information you have registered with our forums I was able to review your account and order, and am happy to see you were able to cancel and replace your order with your discount applied. That said I’m unsure why your member ID would keep changing, though I can confirm the MyBBY account that hosts your GCU Membership is currently linked to your BestBuy.com account like it should be.
