Buy 1 Get 1 40% off with GCU

Early morning I put in an order for the buy 1 get 1 40% off Select Videogames. My gamers Club Unlocked discount was not applied to the second game. Assuming the sale to trump the discount I went ahead with the order. Upon waking up I decided to buy two additional games with the sale. Imagine my surprise when I now received the discount on both games knocking the total down by about $7.


I checked my order status for my previous order and it was not updated to the lower price and one of the game's already shipped with the other game is now backordered. Is there any way I can get the price updated to reflect the further 20% discount that I would get were I to order now? I was going to simply cancel my order and reorder but as I said one of the items shipped.


Also, is there a way to switch out the backordered game as I do not see Best Buy restocking the limited edition of Kingdoms Hearts 2.8? I'd like to simply switch it for the normal edition so I do not lose the discount when they inevitably cancel my order.

 To my surprise, the backordered game just shipped completing my order. However the price I was charged remains the incorrect amount of $83.98 plus tax rather than the correct amount of my later order of $76.78 plus tax. Both orders were part of the Buy 1 get 1 40% off daily deal and both contained two games priced at $59.99 pre tax and GCU discount.

That's really strange that you wouldn't have received the Gamers Club Unlocked discount on your purchase. Thank you for posting on the forums and I'll be happy to further investigate.
