I had purchased my GC membership on the 13th and was told that it would take 24 hours to activate.
It was 5 days later when I realized that it still had not been applied to my account.
I called only to be told that they are discontinuing the Gamers Club and that there was nothing they could do about it, because no one activated it on my account before the whole deal was shut down.
I was forwarded on to someone who told me that they would combine my old account with a new one that would have a GC membership activated on it, but that still hasn't happened.
Doesn't look too promising either.
Just because I purchased a membership 5 days before the service was discontinued doesn't mean that I don't recieve the service I paid for, right?
Looking for some help on how to move forward with this.
