Add me to the activation issues list

My GCU membership expired on 2/16, I made an online purchase on 2/26 and added GCU to that order to renew it. The 20% off discount applied to that order, but the discount will not apply to any additional purchases. I have seen the posts here and see that it usually takes 3 days before it will apply to the account. Well it has been 3 days and I still do not see the GCU activated on my account. Michael-BBY, I see you have been responding to most of these posts. If you see this can you look into it? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us on this and for being a continued GCU Member. It’s concerning to hear that your Membership renewal doesn’t appear to be activated on your account, which I’ll be happy to look into for you.

 

Using the information you registered with our forums I was able to locate and review your account and GCU Membership purchase. While I definitely see your purchase, it does not appear to have been correctly linked and activated to your account from our end. I am escalating this to one of our support teams to see about getting this resolved, and as soon as I have an update I’ll be sure to pass it along.

Did they get your issue fixed? This is the 2nd time I've experienced this issue and I'm a bit annoyed.

I did not get a reply back from the representatives but I did notice that my membership is now applied to my account, and I was able to make a purchase with the discount applied. It seems to be smooth sailing now!

I’m glad to hear your Memberships are now activated and applying. As much as I’d like to take credit for fixing this it looks like your activation was simply delayed, as the system appears to have automatically resolved them last night before we could take action on this.
