I just noticed that my points for pre-ordering Madden have posted but the problem is that all i got was the base points and not the 500 for the $10 cert. if someone can help me out that would be great.

still waiting on my 500 points also, the senario I went through where the sales person couldn't get the system to take my pre-order so they had to order it online for pick up for me which I think goofed up the whole deal. Cause on the 22nd when I picked it up they had to return the item and apply my trade up and gamers club coupons to it. I tried PM'ing Gaming-BBY which has helped in the past with similar issues but haven't seen a resolution yet.

I have the exact same issue. I also pre-ordered Destiny 2, picked it up yesterday, and all of the points, including the 500 bonus points, show as pending. I am positive that we will be told to wait 20 days from the date of our Madden pickups to follow up, but I have no confidence that it will be resolved without follow up. This is shaping up to be another Overwatch fiasco.

I’m sure you’re all anticipating your Get $10 bonus for Madden to use towards your next purchase, and we definitely don’t want you going without the pre-order bonus you’re due. That said until the full 20-day period has passed we’re regrettably unable to take any action here, as your points should still automatically post to your accounts. However if you’re still not seeing your 500 rewards points posted to your account 20-days after your game shipped or was picked up please let us know so we may be of assistance.

same thing happened to me, they meesed up and had to fix it. Now in my purchase history it says that I returned madden, I asked the rep speciffically about my preorder $10 certificate and she told me it would not affect it because she just returned me the difference.....but on my purchase history it says differently. Ive gone through this before and it sucks, im gonna have to go back to the store, go from rep to rep, then the managers will huddle....eventaully they'll do whats right....but thats after at leat a half hour of waiting and my frustration levels going through the roof.
