I pm'ed the mods my customer service pin's for all the transactions and they got it sorted out. It took a about a day and a half, 2 days total. I have to give them props for getting it done in a timely manner because I didnt think it would get resolved so quickly.

Just jumping in here to clarify a bit regarding cg618's situation in that his points were not appearing because of a return/re-purchase issue, not the current issue where points have not posted. That issue is still being worked on and we're asking that you hold off on sending any private messages to us regarding that issue until we've been told our support teams have had a chance to catch up on the points. Once that's done, we'll request for anyone still not seeing the post to send us a PM with their information.
If you do have a situation where a return/re-purchase did cause your points to disappear for Madden or Destiny 2, please feel free to send us a private message with your full name, purchase information and My Best Buy member ID number.
