10% Bonus Trade In Not Applying???

I just completed a trade in today and noticed I didnt get the 10% extra from my GCU membership. I gave my phone number that the account is tied to,but somehow I still missed out on getting it which means I'm missing out on the 10% bonus along with the reward points I would have got for the transaction. Is there anyway to fix this?

I figured everything would be correct after I gave them my phone number ,and didn't notice the mistake until I got back home it would seem like the right thing for them to do if it was an error made on their part rather than just have a customer miss out on benefits that they had to pay to have.Oh well though it is what it is

I am also seeing other topics of people getting this problem solved instead of just getting a generic sorry there's nothing we can do about that response. That doesn't seem like the professional way a company should be ran rather than giving everybody the same service makes me look at Best Buy different.
