I think I have acquired two MyBestBuy accounts, and I would like to merge them.
I have received multiple emails saying I have a $45 certificate to redeem, but when going through check-out with the login information which I have always used (which is based on the email address which received the certificate notifications), there is no certificate to redeem. In researching this issue, I've noticed a different member ID listed on the email as when I login to the site.
The original account is likely one I opened back in my home town. The secondary account was likely created when I recently purchased a major appliance where I currently live. The second account has achieved elite status given the price of major appliances.
Could you helpe me merge those accounts so that I may both retain elite status and use that $45 on a purchase I would like to make soon?

Welcome to the forum! Having multiple memberships can certainly make getting the most out of our My Best Buy program difficult.
