I spent around $3500 for tv purchase last month but my elite status has not been updated. it's been over a month i am still waiting to be upgraded to be elite but nothing happening so far, i don't know what is going on

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! After making such a large purchase, I imagine you were incredibly excited to receive Elite Plus status and see your status update. I'm sorry if this hasn't updated as you imagined.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your membership. It appears that you're actually an employee. As employees, we have some different terms for the My Best Buy membership. With that said, any purchases in which the employee discount is used would not receive points or count towards a tier status.
