can't access my rewards

My problem is that My Rewards email is different than my Best Buy account email. The email associated with My Rewards is now invalid and I want it to be the same as my BBY account. How do I go about doing this?

It can be quite frustrating to update information that is no longer valid. With that said, I would be happy to help update your information so that your email address matches for both your My Best Buy membership and BestBuy.com account.
