I was just issued $50 in rewards certificates, and this morning I went to use them and they're gone. They were used yesterday at a store in Missouri to buy an Xbox gift card. I live in Massachusetts...
When I call customer service I am told I am outside of normal business hours. How do I go about getting my reward certificates back, and preventing this from happening in the future?

Welcome to the forum! Planning on using reward certificates just to find they've been redeemed would be incredibly disconcerting, especially when you notice they've been redeemed at a store you haven't been to.
With that said, I would encourage you to change your BestBuy.com password as well as the password for the associated email address if you haven't already done so.
