I've been trying to get an answer to this and have been tossed around to different departments. I activated the spring into action offer (spend $2000 outside best buy and get a $100 reward certificate) on my account. I spend $1560 and then my account number was compromised and had to be replaced. My question is whether my new card and account number will, one still have the offer activated, and two, my $1560 purchases will count toward it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It's never fun to deal with compromised credit card account, but I'm glad to hear you've already contacted Citibank to ensure a new card could be issued to you. With that said, I can understand why this would leave you concerned about your ability to participate in this offer, especially as you were so close to meeting the requirements.
Based on the information available to me, I believe you would have to start over with your new card when it comes to this promotion. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may cause you. If you should have any other questions, please let me know.
