Shop with us between 8/2/17-8/31/17 for promtional reward

On 8/18/17 I recieved email with offer spend and get up to $60 reward so I activated this offer. On 8/20/17 I ordered a tv over the $500 for the $60 reward.  I can't find anywhere on the order or receipt about the $60 promotional reward.Will I get it? Thank you

It's fantastic to hear you may have received one of our offers! I can understand why you would be curious to know when you can expect the reward to show up. If this is the offer I'm thinking of (spend X amount to get Y rewards), I believe the terms mention the reward showing up in mid-September for qualifying customers. I would encourage you to review the offer terms and let me know if you are still in need of assistance!

Hi Tasha,Yes it is the offer you mentioned and I did read the terms. Just trying to verify that this offer was attached to my order. Is there anyway to check this? So I can expect the reward on sept 17.

Hi, Tasha. Get a $60 promotional reward when you spend $500 or more between 8/2/17 - 8/31/17 and the reward certificate will be delivered via e-mail on 9/17/17. This was sent to me by best buy in e-mail. When I opened the offer it read [congrats! you have activated your offer]  So I decided to buy a $1800 tv. On 9/17/17 I did not recieve the $60 reward certificate.Please help.
