Reward zone membership info changed when I bought a Christmas gift for an aunt

I'm trying to get my membership info changed back to me. I went to Best Buy to buy my aunt a washer and used my reward zone number to get points since I was paying for it. Her info was taken to get the delivery done. Now everything from that account goes to her email. ( my certificates and my virus protection for my new laptop) I tried calling customer service to see it change back but they won't. They say it's her account. She tried calling and apperantly they didn't understand her request to change name, emails and other info back to me. What can I do? I finally was able to get elite status and now the idea of starting over is annoying .
What else can I do to get my account back?

It was incredibly kind of you to purchase your aunt a washer! I'm sure she greatly appreciated it. With that said, it's strange to hear your information may have been replaced by hers during this purchase.
