An associate at my store (in North Dakota) has basically combined my account onto another person's account from Texas (We have the same name). I have my Best Buy ID number, and through the mix up, have his. All I want is to transfer my rightful purchases from my hometown to my account. All of my purchases have helped get him to an Elite membership.
When I sign in to my account, I have no points, even though I was just there a day ago and made a small purchase. None of my receipts are on there because this year they added all my stuff onto his account. I have the Customer Service Pin from my purchases but I cannot add them to my actual account because they're already on his.
What gives? I basically helped someone else get Elite membership this year and I got nothing.

I am not sure who may have told you that your account was combined with another member with the same name but I am not showing that. It would be difficult for a store to mistake one member's account for another unless they are only searching by name. Even then they should be asking the member to confirm their account is accurate by clicking "OK" on the credit card kiosk. What I am showing after looking over everything is that a new secondary account was created on 12/21 and is currently linked to your BestBuy.com account. That is why it appears as if you lost all of your points and Elite Plus status.
I would suggest that we look into merging the two accounts and then making sure your primary account is linked to your BestBuy.com account. Any points or certificates that may have posted to the secondary account will transfer over to the primary account following the merge.
