Hi. I first noted something wrong with my Elite Plus Membership information several weeks ago. The store associate could not locate my account using my phone number (that I've used for years). For some reason, it was registered to someone in Alaska. They also could not find my account via the email address. Now I noticed that my rewards certificates don't have my name, but someone else's instead (can't recall if this is the same person in Alaska). However, I can still access my account online and the info is correct, except for the mysterious issue with the name on the certificates. Can a BB support person please look into this and make sure my account hasn't been hacked or something? Why can't couldn't they find my account information using my phone number, and why is the wrong name on the certificates? How do I get this person off my account?
Also, I've called the Elite Plus customer service number. After it tells me the wait time is less than 2 min, it rings once and disconnects. It has occured multiple times.

It would be incredibly disconcerting to find you're no longer able to pull up your My Best Buy membership in store using your details. To go home and find the certificates in another's name would be further concerning. I'm glad you've reached out to us to see what may be going on, and what may be done to correct this.
