I thought it best to post here rather than create a new topic.
I'm a bit confused by this as well. I've been an Elite Member for the past couple of years and have always received free 2 day shipping. But I placed 2 orders today of 3 total items (one via phone and one via website), and while I did receive free shipping, it was only for standard and not 2 day shipping. My items are set to arrive around a week and a half from now. Have the terms changed? Have certain items started to become excluded from this benefit? None of the items are backordered (already preparing for shipment). Just curious.

I would like to start by clarifying that Elite members receive free 2-day shipping on thousands of items, while Elite Plus customers should receive free 2-day shipping. With that said, it is likely that you simply ordered a few items that didn't qualify for the free 2-day shipping. I apologize for any confusion or frustration you may have encountered when you placed your recent orders.

No frustration, just curiosity. I've purchased so many Blu-rays/DVDs over the years and have never had any of them be ineligible for 2 day shipping, so it was just odd to see all 3 items suddenly ineligible. Still free shipping, so no worries.
