Purchase missing from membership status

I purchased an Xbox One X and a couple of games last week in store.  I immediately had the rewards points pending, but the amount spend didn't get added to my yearly spending total for progress towards Elite / Elite Plus membership.  Who do I need to contact to get this fixed?

Welcome back! It's great to hear you picked up a Xbox One X along with some games last week. I'm sure you've been enjoying them since your purchase. 

As for your rewards and spending total, please know it may take up to 20 days for points to post and your spending total to update, even if you see your purchase pending. As you see that your purchase is already pending, at this time I do not believe there is cause for concern that everything will post and update accordingly. 

If you should have any questions, or should your purchase not post correctly after 20 days, please let us know!
