Purchase are not showing up on my best buy rewards

Hello!

 

I have made some purchases during the black friday weekend and none of those purchases are showing.

 

My Member ID: {removed per forum guidelines}

We definitely want to make sure you are awarded points for any eligible purchases made during Black Friday.  I looked over your purchase history from that weekend and could only find one BestBuy.com order, which is already attached to your My Best Buy account.  The points for that order are still pending and should post within the next week or so.  It can generally take up to 20 days for points to officially post to a member's account.

 

Have you tried reporting other purchases made on Black Friday as missing?  A purchase can be reported as missing if it is not already attached to another account, you were a member at the time of purchase, and it has not been more than 180 days.  I have provided a link to a guide below that should help while trying to report a purchase.  It can take about 3 to 5 days for a purchase to post to a member's account once having been successfully reported.

I did receive a private message you sent me on 12/8, which I replied to in that same day.  It does not look as if you have read the response though.  You may want to consider actually registering for the forum rather than signing in via Facebook to send and receive private messages.  To read private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the envelope icon at the top of the page.

As mentioned in my prior response, a private message can be sent by logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature.
