Purchase History shows purchases made in another state?

Firstly, Apologies if this is the wrong section. 

 

I recently looked through my purchase history since having my account. As all looks correct. However,  this year starting in august and going up to 2 days ago (The 21st) I have noticed purchases made using my account at a Best Buy store in Irvine, California.

 

I live in Oregon, and I don't know anybody who lives in Irving who I would have given my account ID or number too. What concerns me more, is that it doesn't show what was purchased like my transactions made in Oregon. As well as knowing that Within the store, usually they ask if the information is correct, which shows off my Oregon Address, Email, and Phone number. I don't know if this is a account mishap, or if someone is using my account, but I'd like to get to the bottom of it, as the thought of someone else using my account is a little discomforting.

 

I do have the customer service PIN's of these transaction if that would help figure out what's going on.

It is understandable to have questions about your account if another state is popping up in your rewards history and you have not been there.  We should be able to easily avoid mixing up one member's account with another by having a member confirm their account information at the time of purchase.  I purchased something over the weekend and had to confirm my own account.

 

After a review of your account, I am not finding any purchases that were processed in California.  That may explain why there are no actual purchase details displayed in your account for any of the transactions.  It looks as if the points for the transactions in-question were awarded for video game trade-ins.  The reason why Irvine, CA is displayed is because the company that helps us processes trade-ins (Dealtree) is located in Irvine, CA.
