I recently changed the email address on my Best Buy account. My emails started going to the new email address, but now are going to the old email address. The old email address is going away soon. I need all email correspondence sent to the new email address. I am a platinum member and shop at best buy alot. Can you please fix my account so that emails go only to the new email address?
