Points and 2017 Amount Spent Do Not Seem Correct

Could someone please review my account for accuracy? I am banking points, and had enough for $115 in certificates. I am now showing two additional purchases ($400 and $100) have cleared (the points show in my rewards history), but I only have $120 in certificates now. My 2017 year to date spend (for Elite Plus status) also does not appear to be correct. I have around $500 in BB purchases and another $388 in non-BB purchases from by BB Visa card, but it's only showing $539 spent year to date. Thanks.

Welcome the forum and thank you for your loyalty as an Elite Plus member! It's wonderful to hear you're keeping a close eye on your My Best Buy membership to ensure you receive all the appropriate points. 

Please know we're currently working on resolving an issue that leaves points reflecting as pending. I imagine what you're seeing on your end is an extension of this issue, and apologize for any confusion it may have caused. I would encourage you to keep an eye on your account for updates as we work on a fix, and let me know if you have any questions. 

As for the spending bar, it will display either Best Buy purchases, or My Best Buy Visa purchases, whichever is higher. This explains why you would only be seeing the Best Buy purchases. I hope this helps clarify what you're seeing on your account. If you have any other concerns though, please feel welcome to reach out.

Thank you for the response. My point do not show as pending though, in the points column they show in green and of the proper amount. My concern is that my overall point total did not go up though once they moved from pending to this. Could someone please review my account to explain what has happened?
