Pending Points

My account shows that I have 245 points available, and 644 pending points. The pending points have been pending for a very long time! I am an adoring customer whom loves the merchandise that Best Buy provides, I own a gamers club unlocked membership, have spent over 2,000 USD at Bestbuy and was hoping I'd be able to obtain Elite status for the benefits that Elite Status offers. unfortunately I am unable to receive coupons due to the pending points that have been pending for a very long time. Please help?

How long is a long time?

 

It can take up to 21 days for points to post.  

 

If it was something you pre-ordered the points still won't post until up to 21 days after you get it.

Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your My Best Buy membership. I'm glad to see that the pending purchases are recent. Please allow up to 20 days for purchases to post to your account, per our My Best Buy program terms
