I purchased a tv as well as some other items and was entitled to a free home calibration of my tv. I went to Best Buy to find out about it and was told I was entitled to it but had to contact the Geek Squad. Over the past 3 days I have tried to contact them and have been either bounced around or disconnected. I have spent well over an hour and a half on the phone and the only thing I was told was that it is no longer being offered with the new RewardZone program. This is not fair. I was entitled to it under the old program and feel that I should be able to get it.. I would appreciate it if somebody can look into this and get back to me. Thank you.

I felle you should be entitled to it. At least till the end of year when the program dates modify your status. It was offered as a bonus when you obtained the original Premier status.
The changing of the program mid swing has caused alot of issues for those of us that are prominent buyers at bestbuy and make buying decisions based on the offerings Best Buy stated they would provide.

If you had reached Premier Silver status prior to the reinvention of the program on 9/16/2013, then you would have been eligible for a complimentary Geek Squad house call. The new My Best Buy™ Program Terms officially went into effect on 11/1/2013, so you would have had up until that date to schedule your complimentary house call. It is entirely understandable why you may feel frustrated. You should not have had to spend multiple days and several hours on the phone just to schedule an appointment.
