Not getting 2 day shipping

I am an elite rewards member but, for whatever reason, I am not getting my free 2 day shipping with all orders. Each order that I have tried to make this year only comes up with Standard shipping as the only free option.

Any help that could be offered for this would be appreciated.

The items that I have been trying to order are movies or video games.

Those categories have always applied for the 2 day shipping with elite status.

Each order I have made, I have needed to call into the Elite support and they have corrected the shipping after they verified my status.

I have been either Elite or Elite plus for the last 5 or 6 years but something seemed to happen to my account this year that has caused the two day shipping to be removed.

If you could look into this further for my account, I would appreciate it.

Please know that whether an item qualifies or not is based on the individual item, and not the category it is in. Currently it appears that your My Best Buy member ID is correctly linked. If you are not seeing an item qualify for free 2-day shipping, it is likely that the item only qualifies for free standard shipping without exceeding the minimum $35 order total that other customers must meet to receive free shipping.
