Not Elite Plus anymore

I got Elite Plus status in December and now it's gone, it should have lasted for at least a year right?

Welcome back to the Best Buy forum.

 

It would take me buying all new appliances to ever potentially reach Elite Plus status.  A guy can dream though, right?  You should have Elite Plus status for at least a full year if you did end up spending the required $3,500 during 2017.  The only thing that could really change that is if you processed a return or price match after having reached Elite Plus status, which would have dropped your spend total to under $3,500.  After a quick review, it does look like your status was upgraded to Elite Plus around the beginning of Dec.  I am not showing that you have processed any recent returns or price matches to drop your spend total.
