i am an elite plus status member.
during 2017 (Jan 1st until today) i made more then 3500$ purchases but now logging into my account i see "spend this year 0$"
can a moderator help me out here?

Welcome to the forum! With it being the time of year for tier expiration, I can understand why you would be checking on your spend amount. I'm sorry if what you've seen has caused any confusion or worry.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to track down your My Best Buy membership. Currently, it looks like you have indeed spent quite a bit with us already this year! With that said, I see your only purchases this year were just made within the last week. Please allow up to 20 days for these points to post, and for your spend total to be updated. Furthermore, I see that you spent enough in 2016 to keep your Elite Plus status through 2017, so you shouldn't see your tier status expire.
