My account seem like deleted .

When I try to login to my account, I don't see my recent orders and my rewards certificate. And it shows up somehting so strange, and there a field showing up for me to enter my phone # in or email address, then I put my phone # in , and I tried to check in my recent orders and rewards, it still the same. Then I logout and login, the problem is still the same. And I look back this my new account, it shows up my bestbuy ID is different than the old one. I have like $800 reward certificate in my old account. What's happened to my account? It all gone. Please help

I can imagine having questions about your account if a different ID # is displayed when you login and it seems like all of your points have vanished.  There are likely two explanations if the ID # is new or different. First, you may have created a new account and now have two accounts.  We would just want to look into merging the two accounts.  Second, your account might have been cancelled for some reason.  I looked over your account using the email address that you registered for the forum and can see what is going on with your account.  I will be sending you a private message shortly so that I can go over your account with you in greater detail.  To read your private messages, you will first want to login to the forum and then click on the little yellow envelope icon at the top of the page.
