I went to log in to the best buy app and it said "oops there was a problem during sign in". I went to reset my password and the email stated there was no account associated with my email address. I called the customer service number and it said I only have 164 points when I had $280 worth of points saved. I am unable to accessmy account and believe it has been hacked. I have called, emailed, tweeted, DMd on Twitter and chatted but no one will help me. I am Elite Plus and have been for a while. Please can someone help me with this? Theres loads of personal information, credit cards and points on my account I cant access. I have tried clearing cache on the app and browsers without success.
